The Kamasutra of Vatsyayana believed to have been written in the 1st to 6th centuries, has a notorious reputation as a sex manual, although only a small part of its text is devoted to sex. The Seventh Posture of The Perfumed Garden (Burton’s translation into English) is an unusual position not described in other classical sex manuals. Though it is not described in other sex manuals, but most of the couples make use of this posture due to advantages. The posture goes like this: The female partner lies on her side.
